Pass the silicon bracelet under clear water to rinse away dust. Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth.

We provide service and maintenance for new generation Ikepod watches sold on our website. We provide more information here on where to get vintage Ikepod watches serviced.

We put all the value into our watches, not into heavy, expensive packaging. Our cases are made from recycled cardboard. We know that the whole unboxing process is part of the experience but we prefer to limit the impact at this phase and invest in what really counts, the quality of your watch's components.

The watches and straps are shipped from Hong Kong by EMS or express courier.

Express delivery: 3-5 days

Economic delivery: 5-14 days

Taxes: all of our prices include VAT, except for the vintage watches. Our watches are sent inclusive of taxes, except for the following countries: China, South Africa, Russia and South America countries
