Delivery

Our products are sent from Hong Kong and Europe. Depending on the option you chose delivery can take from 3 to 15 days. (express is 3 to 5 opening days)

Carrier and delay

Depending on countries we use several carriers as Fedex, DHL, USPS, DPEX etc via our external warehouse company where our products are in stock. Choice of carrier is related to express or economic choice offered to you in the check-out.

Duties and customs

We ship “DDP” to the bast majority of countries. (apart South America, South Africa and Russia, Iran….) DDP means Delivery Duty Paid. So the price you see is the one you pay as we take customs and duties.

Vintage Corner is shipped without VAT out of UE (you will pay the VAT and duties)

Normal post shipment

The straps are not sent in express but normal post shipment.

Returns and refunds

As a small start-up we do not accept returns and do not provide returns. This is clearly stated in our check out when you tick the general consent. The reason is that we pay upfront the duties and VAT and cannot be refunded of theses amounts with a return. We are sorry for that.

Due to different times zones and size of the team we cannot take phone calls.

The amount asked for delivery is a just a part of our cost, on average we pay 50 USD to ship a parcel. (without VAT and duties)
