PRICES

we, Dopeki Sàrl, sell watches and straps ( called here after the goods) under the brand Ikepod, in stock or on pre-orders (then cleary mentioned).

PAYMENT

By providing Ikepod with your credit card number and associated payment information, you hereby authorize Ikepod to immediately charge your credit card for all fees and charges due and payable to Ikepod hereunder or credit your credit card for any refunds owed and that no additional notice or consent is required. Refunds are not issued for pre-orders. We are using Stripe as payment partner.

DUTIES

Duopod, Chronopod Megapod and Straps are delivered in the vast majority of countries "DDP" which means deliveries duties paid, meaning you will pay only the price with transport and Ikepod will take charge of Customs and duties (VAT). In some countries some local taxes and fee could applies that we are not responsible for. Ikepod "vintage corner" watches may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize Dopeki Sàrl (as applicable) to designate a carrier (“Designated Carrier”) to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.

PRIVACY

When you shop an Ikepod we collect your full name, adress and phone number in order to deliver the goods, we also use your name and email adress if you register to our newsletter who is sent either by Mailchimp or Infomaniak. Also some cookies are uses to facilitate navigation and we are using the Facebook pixel. DELIVERY

In the vast majority of time, the goods will be delivered 10 to 15 days after the order and under 7 days if you opted for a quicker delivery. If this is a pre- order the delivery date will be clearly stated with the product description. We DO NOT deliver Japan and Russia where we have distributors, we DO NOT deliver some countries as Argentina, Belarus, Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Irak, Syria, North Korea, Somalia, Soudan, Yemen, Maghreb..

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

As per Swiss Law (OIP; RS 942.211) on prices and on legal obligations (CO; RS 220) we are not obliged to provide refund or order cancellation, and the action to click on pay and having ticked the general conditions of buying imply that you accept this rule.
